This TV was nearly $600 new and I bought it off Craigslist for $50 because of this exact problem...after a divorce I don't have 600 bucks laying around to buy a New TV... just thought I'd risk it and see if I can find a solution to the problem!! All connections are good
I understand. I'd look at Owner's manual troubleshooting, no help? email or talk to MFG customer service. Cable customer service may be willing to help. Is there a power saving or sleep mode option? If so try to change that probably the on screen menu.
