No, you will not have to change the elements, though the connexion cable will have to be approximately twice as thick. The three phases will, of course, deliver their power alternately, and the thinner neutral cable takes account of that. Do seek professional advice before connecting it to the mains supply.

Bought a 702-33 taylor 3 phase ice cream machine. Is there a way to change it to us single phase?

Running a three phase motor on single phase power is simple. First you'll need to invest in a variable frequency drive. We recommend using the SMVector Series Variable Frequency Drive for multiple reasons. The SMV is simple to setup and easy to wire. It also comes standard with a NEMA 1 enclosure which gives basic dust and water drip protection. Most importantly, for the purposes of this post, the SMV comes with a number of different single phase input options up to 3 HP

How to change a 3 phase to single phase motor

You cannot change a 3 phase motor into a single phase motor because the windings are different in these motors. You need to buy a single phase motor to replace the 3 phase motor.

Need to know If I can change machine frome 220 3 phase to 480 3 phase Serial # 2664

Hello msc..... A transformer alone can not change single phase to three phase.
You need two things: A phase converter/VFD to convert your 220 single to 220 three phase. Then a step up transformer to boost the voltage from 220 to 440.....

Can I change the 3 phase to a single phase?

Not practical. You would have to change the pump motor to single phase, you'd have to chage the heating element most likely depending on what size is in it now. Also does it require an auxiliary water heater? it's probably 3 phase also. Changing phases is not like changing voltages.

I have a faema due automatic single group. Works fine except I cannot program shots. I hold down the "stop" button as per the manual, but there is no "beep" initiating the programming mode. What is wrong?

Hold down button for 8 to 10 seconds. If that is not working then you might have the older model in which you have to hold down the stop plus the button that you are programming until you get the desired volume then release button and stop button.

Can I cange 3x230v up to 400v

Are you stating you have an A200 mixer that is 3 phase 230 volt?
I was under the impression all A200's were single phase. The D300 floor model came 3 phase. In any regard, to change the input voltage to any maching, you would have to replace the rotor, stator, and control group, including wiring. It has to be kept to orgiinal specifications, and tech support would have to authorise the change. As you can imagine, it's not really an option. If you change from 50 to 60 Hz, you would have to change your worm gears also.

I have a Faema special. model no.537212 I need the schematics

I have no clue about this product, but at the terminal board how many
wires come from machine to the board,or just wires coming from machine. A 220v, should have 2 hot, neutral,gr, so 4 wires. Depending
on what it looks like, the wires come from machine to a board or just wires.then the colors of those wires.

You should send them an email asking for help or schematic.
I posted there website below. Sorry could not help further.

Vulcan vfbi2 flashbake oven change from 3 to single phase

Hi,
Are you sure it says that in the manual? I have a single phase. Look at the plate on the motor on the back. If it is 3 phase, forget about changing it over.
