If your Samsung Eco Bubble washer is filling with water till the top, it could be due to a faulty water inlet valve 1. You may need to replace the valve to get your appliance filling with water and working properly again .
However, if you suspect that the sensor is not working, you can try the following steps :
Check if the LED on the eco bubble wash button is on.
Check if there is too little laundry in the washing machine. In case of heavily soiled laundry, bubbles may not be generated very well.
Unplug the machine from the mains to ensure your safety.
Locate the two screws on the back of the machine that hold the top cover in place, and unscrew them.
Gently push the top cover back and remove it to expose the interior.
Take out the detergent container.
Identify and remove the screws that secure the front panel in place.
If none of these steps help, please contact a local Samsung service center
Hi, our eco bubble 2013 model stopped working yesterday, we've tried the calibration mode but it doesn't get past the clockwise motion when doing this, can you please help?
Put a whole house water filter on the cold side of the inlet water. I bet you have well water with lime in it??? Wash your clothes only in cold water. Rub a couple of empty loads with clorox, lime away, oxy clean to remove any build up in your washer
Hi CL means you have activated the child lock or it may have activated after some buttons were pressed. Try holding down the temperature and eco/rapid options together to turn off child lock. If this doesn't work then unplug the washer for 5minutes and try again. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.
