Question about ASUS Tablets & eReaders
Well I'm trying to fix my brothers ASUS Tablet But it Won't turn on. I can only turn it on when the Adapter is plugged in,but everytime I turn it on A white line flashes the screen and it turns off and I've tried everything. Some other times when I turn it on the battery Appears on the screen with a white question mark then turns back off. The only time I can Turn it on is when its plugged. My brother said it happened after he purchased a motor cycle game the closes name he told me was "Stunt Bike." His tablets been like this for months. Please Reply

SOURCE: tablet is frozen will not
Try one of the following:
- Hold the power button for 10 seconds
- Hold the power and up volume for 10 seconds for recovery mode
- Hold the powe and down volume for download mode for 10 seconds
If none of these work then your battery might be completely drained and dead. I suggest you send your contact Samsung Support.
Hope this helps.

LOL, you're up the creek. Never buy a computer that does not have a CD Drive on it because that is what you need now.
May the AC Adapter Power Cord is bad. Some of them have a indicator light on them when you plug them in the wall. Does yours have a light on it and does it light up?
When you plug the power cord in the tablet do you see any lights?

the problem should come from DC Power Jack of Lenovo ThinkPad X60 X61, I advise you to order the dc jack with cable for your Lenovo X61, simple plug in and works, see this page: http://www.lapdiy.com/ibm-lenovo-thinkpad-x60-x61-wire-harness-power-jack-dc-in-cable-p-28297.html

Very gently unplug the battery cable for two minutes.. I used a pair of tweezers and worked it out. Plugged it back in and it is fine. What a relief. I have read that if it goes to sleep while plugged in via usb, it freezes? Don't know. Just be careful when pulling the battery!
