There are no codes . I have run codes several times and only come up with CO
If you are getting ripped or torn clothes then most likely they are getting bunched up underneath the center piece that turns. These usually go back and forth and not all the way around in order to keep from bunching and tangling. It may be getting caught up on a lose bolt or something inside and under the center piece. If you can't figure it out just get a new one and part that one out or sell it at a garage sale. The electrical board and dials alone are worth a hundred bucks to the right buyer.
99 out of 100 times that washer will rip cloths due to improper loading. you need to place cloths in that washer 1 at a time, strait down and to the outside of the washer, keep the middle clear.Balance the load by placing items across from each other. Also only wash like items together, just towels, just sheets just wash and wear cloths. When this washer agitates it pulls the cloths down around the side, scrub's them on the bottom and push's the back up the middle. If cloths are mixed and just tossed in larger item will get pulled in multiple directions causing rips in the cloths.
I agree one of the agitators may be loose or perhaps you are overfilling. Does it happen on every cycle or just certain cycles? Before you put your clothes in the wash make sure to look for loose threads because they can get tangled around the agitator and it will pull the thread causing them to come apart as well. Hope this was at least a little helpful. You have a good washer hope you are able to get it working properly
Thank you!! I just place my clothes in helter skelter, and the small pieces get ruined. I'll be more careful when I do the next load. Maybe that will help.
Also make sure you use plenty of water with the load and don't overload with clothes. The clothes need to be able to move. When they get tight or stuck, the agitator is powerful enough to tear clothes.
One final thing, make sure the agitator is tightened down. There should only be a miniscule gap at the base.

Contact manufacturers customer service department. This should not be happening.
The agitators should not be damaging the clothes . Perhaps one is loose and needs tightening or there is an overfill of clothes which is not allowing them to operate correctly and therefore jamming the clothes. The agitator units need room to manoeuvre so it is important not to cram clothes in . They need to move around in the unit .
Some of the answers i read are correct team . However im not an expert just to say i was in business 10 yrs and i hope my advice is helpful to someone. . Well this one has got me confused ,tearing up the clothes hmmm .This points to a vigorous agitator perhaps has become loose but i cant see that . I need more info to diagnose team.Is the client in question overloading the washing machine . I feel there must be a programme fault for this to happen but as i mentioned i need much more information to assertain how the client is using the machine to draw a conclusion . Dave
