You actually need to go to a dealer with the VIN code, the number off the radio and proof of ownership they have a special number to call in order to retrieve codes. I hope this helps. Take care.

You will need to go to a Fiat dealer to get the code. Each radio has a different code, so you wont be able to get one off this forum. Some dealers charge a small fee and some will provide it for free.

from memory, the sleeve is inserted and then fitted by the use of special expanding tool designed to do the job
talk with an engine reconditioning shop that specializes in diesel heads to get information on how it is done

Did you replace it or someone else ? On newer vehicles always power up system with external power supply before disconnecting the battery ! You mite need to take it to the dealer for a reprogramming ! Battery Disconnect or Replacement Problems

First I suggest to check fuses and scanned fault codes. Could be a problem with speed wheel sensor.

well the value of the car with and without the clock is about the same. if it is important to you go to a dealer and see if you can buy just the clock and what the labor is to install it. these days pulling a dashboard is best left to dealers, if you want everything to work when it goes back together. then look on eBay and see if you can buy a used clock and decide which way you want to go, used or new.

Don't even try adjust or open the unit. Call the dealer or take it back to him or you will invalidate your warranty and that is not worth it. Let the dealer worry about it.
