The answer is in the manual but it's hard to find and takes time to look up. However, you can change the view on the screen using the arrows on the multi-control button on the back of the camera. Took me a while and a bit of frustration before I figured it out.

Press the UP or DOWN on the circular wheel on the back of the camera until the desired view is achieved. Or read the manual.

What does unsupported format mean

This means the type of picture on your camera is not supported by the viewing software on your computer. There are many shareware and freeware picture viewers and editors. You can tell the type of picture it is by the file ext (filename.ext). I suggest you search for a viewer for that picture type. I like bleepingcomuter.com and filehippo.com as sources for shareware. With that said there are many places to find good viewers. If you are looking for a full featured editor check out Gmip

I do not want to print out date on Kodak pictures

You can't get the date in a picture. It is hidden in the exif data and you only can view it with a exif viewer. You could use any photo editor to put the date in the photo then.

Large pictures don't display

Many digital photo viewers can only display photos of a certain size or less. Check your owner's manual, or find the manual online, and it should tell you what the upper size limit is for your viewer.

I want to see the picture that had send to me

You need to use a picture viewer to open the picture. If you are using windows, an excellent free viewer can be downloaded and installed from this link.
Otherwise, try double clicking on the picture title or attachment that was sent to you.
If this doesn't answer your question, please tell us what type of operating system you are using, like windows xp, or vista, or 7, or Mac, etc. And also tell us what application you are using to download the picture onto your computer, which email program, etc.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

What f should i set my camera to and shutter speed to get the best pics at full 300 mm pics

That depends on what you want the picture to say to the viewer. If you want a deep depth of field, set a small aperture (large f/number). If you want a narrow depth of field, set a large aperture (small f/number). If you want to freeze motion, use a fast shutter speed. If you want to blur motion, use a slow shutter speed. There's no such thing as a best setting for all pictures, or there would be no need for the other settings.

How do I reduce an 8x10 photo to a 5x7 photo?

Are you using windows vista? If you are, here's what to do. Open the picture using windows picture viewer (right click the pic., click "open with" then click "Windows picture viewer" when the window opens, on the right, click "full page photo" (the top one) then click 2options" then "printer properties" Under "paper size" click " 5"X7" Borderless or 126X178 Borderless. Click "OK" then click "Print"
Et voila!
Hope this helps.

Innovage digital keychain viewer

The software doesn't use the "My Documents" shortcut, so it doesn't open in the "My Documents" directory in which "My Pictures" usually resides. The file browser opens, by default, to the program directory (C:\Program Files\Photo Viewer). Simply use the explorer tools to go "up" to C:\ (the root directory), then find the directory "My Documents" and within that "My Pictures"
