No touch response after replacing lcd/digitizer screen

Replace the LCD and digitizer touch screen on my ZTE Virgin phone. The part was in one piece. Does not respond to touch and 'on' button does nothing. What should I check

My zte left top corner touch screen wont wont work, do i have to replace the lcd and touch creen
The digitizer is behind the screen. It is worksall of the touch features. It is having problems reading info in the corner. I think amazon or ebay could support your phone. Unless the screen in cracked , it should be good. Without the digitizer a screen has 0 touch reading feature.

Samsung Instinct Screen isn't working correctly
It sounds like the Samsung Instinct digitizer is bad, not the LCD screen.
