These are cheap junk made in China. There is no support and no spares. Buy a new one on Amazon, there are two left and use yours for spares. if you need them. Read these reviews!
That depends on the make and model. With some cameras you can recharge the battery by plugging the camera into a power outlet or USB port. With other cameras you recharge the battery by removing the battery from the camera and putting it into a separate charger. The camera manual will explain the proper procedure for your camera.

There are several options to buy replacement batteries for a Coleman rechargeable lantern, model 5348-700. I just picked up two new batteries from www.1000bulbs.com for $4.87 each plus shipping. You need to replace your rechargeable batteries. Rechargeable batteries have shelf life too depending on usage. Get the model number off your existing battery, google it and you should be able to find some retailer that sells something compatible.
It depends on how long it has been stored. I found that some batteries will not recharge after sitting for months. In my opinion, I would just replace them
