To unlock the bootloader on your Lenovo Tab3 7 Essential (TB3-710I) tablet, you need to follow these steps:
Note: Unlocking the bootloader will erase all data on your device. Make sure to backup your important data before proceeding.
Enable Developer Options on your device. To do this, go to Settings > About tablet > tap the Build number 7 times.
Enable USB Debugging. To do this, go to Settings > Developer options > enable USB debugging.
Download and install the ADB and Fastboot tools on your computer.
Connect your tablet to your computer using a USB cable.
Open a command prompt window on your computer.
In the command prompt window, type the following command and press Enter: adb reboot bootloader, This will reboot your tablet into the bootloader mode.
Next, type the following command and press Enter: fastboot oem unlock, This will unlock the bootloader on your tablet.
Once the process is complete, reboot your tablet by typing the following command and pressing Enter: fastboot reboot. That's it! Your Lenovo Tab3 7 Essential tablet's bootloader is now unlocked.
When clocks went forward for British Summertime I noticed that although tablet system time was correct the weather app display on home screen stayed 1 hour behind.
The fix it to enable 'location' (GPS) then click sync circle..then all was fine..after that could turn of location and stil kept correct time.
You can try to enter with your google account, but WiFi must be activated and you must be sure you are connected to the internet.
Next solution is to do a factory reset. This will erase all your personal data. If you have a backup, this is not a problem.
