We just bought a brand new RCA LCD TV, we plugged it in and it turns on but we can't see anything. We can faintly see the setup menu but not enough to read anything.

SOURCE: Blank screen, cannot get menu to display, but sound works

Does the lcd screen have a glow to it ? Or is it really dim if u get real close to screen u can see images moving ?
it it has a glow to it you panel lighting is fine but you control board is bad. If you have a dark screen and see faint images you panel back lighting is out u can check the power with a meter at the connection to inverter board on panel.

SOURCE: TV screen went negative. Brand new TV

I would use the warranty for this problem. The part that need to be replaced can be somewhat expensive.
With the credit card statement, you can use that as a receipt.

SOURCE: PC plug into the TV...not working

Screen resolution is set too high on the computer. Right click desktop > Properties > Settings > Change to 800x600 then connect to TV.
OR... boot the computer while connected to the TV and it should automatically figure out what resolutions the TV can do.

SOURCE: green to red blinking light when plug in rca lcd

It is the capacitors on the power supply...They blew on ours...took it in a they replaced 7 for less than 100.00. Common problem with this tv because it gets hot. Hope that helps.

I bought a wireless soundbar to hook up to my Smart flat screen tv, and the manual does not state anything on how to really do it...too simplistic and not enough info for one.

Find the Audio Out connections on your TV and run the dual RCA cable (Red/White) to the Input RCA jacks on the back of the sound bar unit. You may have to go into your Audio or Sound menu on the TV and turn off the TV's speakers in order for the Audio out on the RCA output to turn on.

My RCA 32" TV 2001 is black and white but the menu

Ours had a problem like that. The digibox and the dvd player (anything plugged in with a SCART lead) only played in black and white but the tv menu screen was in colour.
Also anything plugged in with those three little thingies, the red/yellow/white thingies, played in colour so we just bought a converter between SCART and the three thingies.
Sorry for how useless this was, I'm not great with all the technical language. Hope it helped in some way.
