if you have a volt ohm meter check to make sure the charger is working, might be a short in the cable or plug end, its very common

First is it charged? Next press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds. Release. This a reset function. If you don't get any kind of flashing or some indication it's workding contact samsung help desk.

Happened to me. My solution was to fully charge, then hold down power button for like one minute or more continuously. It causes some kind of restart. Last resource, Press Vol Down and hold, then depress power button and hold. This causes it to go back to reset mode. Good Luck.

It must have got wet, or when you first had it did you let it die all the way without charging?

switch off.wait for 5 mins.
connect to pc or laptop with usb cable.
press & hold power button till it turns on then off.
press power button for 3 secs.it should work.
if no luck try this-
switch on by pressing power button while holding volume + and -.
keep hold of both until powers on.
can take few mins.
