I have simpson eziset 7.5kg has trouble spinning throws clothes to one side of tub

It could be many things. It the load is large and heavy, the machine electronics won't allow fast spin if the load is not even and even the slightest wobble will stop higher spin speeds. Here are a few things you can try. Split the load into two or three and then do rinse and spin.

Other possibilities are a slipping belt due to the weight, or the speed processor on the motor.

check for a a broken bracket

If the clothes are reasonably even at the spin cycle, then this is caused by worn out suspension rods,the out bowl is supported by 4 sprung rods, one on each corner you need to replace a set of four,if clothes keep all going to one side the replace the capacitor

problem is failed air dampeners on the ends of the tub support rods
set of 4 rod assemblies from a service agent spares cost around $90.00 and will take you around 1 hour to replace or a technician about 15 minutes

I am not sure but it sounds like the rubber/plastic drive coupler between the motor and trans is out. simple repair

I had the same problem before, but removing the kink in drain hose does the trick. Maybe yours is more complicated but try it.

Brigette can you be more specific. Does the motor sound like it is still running? Or do you hear any uncommon noises ? Does it spin without clothes in the washer?

If you can use a lollipop stick to operate the lid switch while you leave the lid open, you will be able to observe if the agitator is going smoothly back and forth EVENLY or not. If it is tending to turn just one way....this will tangle the clothing like mad!
If this is the problem it could be the switching module or capacitor that needs replacing.

I've seen one for $10 so if it's acceptable for you just let me know
