Everything useing you tube freezes up every 1 or 2 seconds or every third word.
This can be the result of you internet speed to the device (computer, laptop, ipad, kindle, etc.). Even if you have a relatively fast connection to your home - if others are using bandwidth - less is available to *you*. Wireless signals can cause speeds to vary significantly - depending on the distance from the wifi router, the number and type of obstacles between and their composition (brick, wall board, steel, etc.). Try watching when standing 10 feet from the router and with no one else using the connection (no streaming music, video, downloading, etc.). If you're working - start walking further away until it breaks up. This would be your maximum distance - under optimal conditions. As more people use the internet connection at your home - the less will be available to you - requiring you to move closer to the wifi router. If you're having trouble with videos even with no one else around, you may have a problem with your speed. You should run a speed test on the system by going to a wired internet connected computer and going to the speed test site below. Let the test run without doing other things on the computer or network. Check the results against the level of service / speed your provider says they are selling you and work with them to clear up any issues.

1) Ensure that the Video/Image files you are trying to view are compatible with
the tablet. Compatible files are located on the packaging and in the User
Manual. You can also locate this information on the website, mydisgo.com
2) If you have not already done so, we would advise that you update the device
to version 2.3. The update procedure can be found at the following page; tinyurl.com/8000update
3) If the Gallery app only freezes when accessing files on the SD card (and
not internal memory), please try using the alternative memory card slot or test
using a different memory card.
