unplug the power cord to reset the control board, If that doesn't work the board is probably bad. It will have to be checked with a multimeter.

It appears that you have an electronic control board (directly behind the touchpad) issue. Contact an appliance service company.

the latch on the door/lid

no power to control panel checked outlet with another appliance it worked drained water from pump filter still nothing door locked and nothing on control panel

the start button is part of the board their.if you hear frying noise their when pushing it there ,you may have a failling board.god bless your way.Tom

Washers - Resetting Electronic Controls on a Washer

If there is a pause in the washer cycle, the controls will lock up. The pause can occur because of a power failure or it was put in the test mode at the factory.

Also, if the washer was stopped before the cycle was complete or the consumer has pushed the stop/pause button to temporarily stop the cycle and the cycle is not reset. Over a period of 24 hours, the washer will pump out and spin, but will stay in the final spin.

To correct the situation, shut off the circuit breaker for 30 seconds or unplug the washer, then turn the timer knob around and back to any position other than final spin. Verify the water is turned on and restore power. This should resolve the issue.

replace the drain pump.and 2 remove the control panel u need 2 remove the 3 screws from top cover from the back

hard to diagnose ths one but i would start by verifying power in to all the pc boards (there is 2)
