either the charger or the charger cable is bad. battery ran all the way down, and now you cannot turn it on. needs to be charged with a working charger/cable
I had the same problem before, it may need to charge but, your charger might be fried from having it plugged in too long... purchase or find a new charger for your product
What do you mean by branded (that's how google translate put it.) If it will not turn on, I suggest that you make sure it is charged for a number of hours. If it still won't turn on, you should make sure that charger is actually in the socket as well as connected to the tablet.
