Blue then red light. Why is it not seen by the computer?

Most bluetooth devices I have seen only have a blue light. They may have printed red/blue light so they can copy/paste these instructions for all models. I did find this video plantronics.com/pairing Most cases I have seen you turn on your head set, put phone in pairing mode then push the answer button and hold it til it flashes and the phone should find it as long as it is still searching for it.

A PL-190B ceiling fan module is is a Wattage Limiter rated at 190W maximum. It is about 1" square and has a red, blue and white factory wired into the fan's light circuit in most cases. The AC power to the lights is run through the module to "ensure" no one puts more than 190W (about 2 amps)of light bulbs through the circuit for "safety" reasons. So four 60w bulbs and some CFLs will trip the module. These wattage limiters are sometimes feeding the fan motor in addition to the lights, however the units I have seen just control the "blue wire" going to the lights. Some suggest simply cutting it out and splice the blue and red wires (or blue and blue) that are left in the fan after removing out the module. If the module has two whites, wirenut them together separately. Otherwise just insulate or cap the single white.
At that point your ceiling fan and lights are like all others made before 2005 and depend on the circuit breaker and you to only use four 40w bulbs max in the fan. As indicated, some low wattage CFLs will also trip the module. Some internet sources have the PL-190B available for around $15.

you may be having a power supply failure. i have seen many problems with capacitors on the power board in those models. are there any lights on the front when it doesnt turn on? if it were a power supply problem then you would maybe get a red light or blue light come on then go back off,

On my daughter 2000 beetle with 2.0 engine, the blue thermometer light comes on solid when you first crank it up because the coolant/engine is below operating temp. I have seen the red thermometer blink when the coolant is low.

Try cleaning mode on the printer, secondly a single color on a print or two or thre with one color noticeably absent means that that cfartridge is close on or is empty. EG Red Blue Yellow most of print is Ok but at end of print only blue seen means RED AND yellow are empty and only blue has some ink left. Replace ALL cartridges so your prints and paper arent wasted .

A few possible reasons.

1. Loose or failed video cable. Check that the video (D-Sub or DVI) from monitor to computer is plugged in tight. If you have or can borrow a spare one you can try it to see if its the cables problem

2. Refer to the monitor instructions to adjust the Red Green and Blue settings. Maybe Red is too high or green and blue is too low.

3. If they both don't do anything then the problem could be the graphics card or monitor. Try plugging your monitor in another computer and also try someone eases monitor on your computer.

My nx2 is working again after having the "red light/blue light/I/O Error" problem. I just:

1. turned off my computer
2.unplugged the HD,
3. took out the HD from the enclosure and plugged it back into the enclosure,
4.started up my computer without the HD being plugged in
5. after my computer had been on for a minute, I plugged the HD in and my computer recognized it and had the proper mixture of red and blue light coming from the HD, indicating it's working properly.

I've seen this before. The power LED needs to be replaced. If you have the sales receipt, Raidmax will replace it. This won't affect any other part of your PC, so if you don't get it replaced, it's not the end of the world. =)
