There is valve oil the helps prevent the keys from sticking. Brasso is also good for cleaning the valves which can also cause them to stick. I played a few instruments that are were just badly made and the first and second valve were always sticking. When I took the instrument to the repair shop they told me to rapidly push the valves up and down for about 2 - 3 hours until they set right; also known as "lapping in". A combination of all three worked well for me
