If the lamp comes on, take the glass out and clean the mirrors and glass well, Turn the glass upside down and clean the white reference areas well. That normally causes a SC-194
sc194 is an error with the scanner. It could be a bad exposure lamp, but it could also be a circuit board that needs to be replaced (either the SBU board or BICU board).
Symptom: The standard while level was not detected properly when scanning the white plate. Possible Cause: • Exposure lamp defective • Exposure lamp stabilizer defective • Exposure lamp connector defective • Dirty scanner mirror or scanner mirror out of position • SBU board defective • SBU connector defective • Lens block out of position • Incorrect position or width of white plate scanning (? E101: Exposure lamp error
1- check the Exposure lamp if it damage replace it .
2- check the Exposure lamp fuse ( located in scanner )
3- check the Exposure harness .

E11 exposure lamp error.Possible causes exposure lamp open thermofuse open.
E12 exposure lamp error Ac drive board defective or main board defective.
SC101 indicates and exposure lamp problem. To try and correct, turn OFF the copier and then unplug from the wall. Wait 10 seconds and plug it back into the wall, then turn on the copier. Watch to see if the exposure lamp comes on - lift the document handler if you want. If the exposure lamp is working correctly, the scanner will briefly move to the right and the light will turn on then off after it moves to the left.
