Nothing to me, you batter ask in a pawnbroker's shop.
It is impossible to give an estimate, whiteout seeing the real watch. Even a picture won't do.

Find out if a watch i have is worth money

Check to see if your watch or one closely resembling it, is for sale on Ebay. This generally gives an idea of value, at least in terms of resale and value. Watches, other than Rolex and very high end types, don't have very good resale value. Of course, all of the value may be in the diamonds or 14K cases, no matter who is the maker.

Try going to "http://www.antique-pocket-watch.com/".

This site seems to be a good point in the search for information on antique watches.

It has a few links to other sites.

Have a waltham pocket watch in an illinois case enameled dial with a recessed seconds dial at bottom with a numeric 6. seconds on face also. can't find year or pic of this watch

If you go to the web site "www.antique-pocket-watch.com/waltham-pocket-watch.html", you will find information about Waltham watches and if you read the serial number off the movement (open the back and read it off the back plate), you may be able to find out the year of manufacture.

How find serial number on ~1910 hamilton pocket watch?

The serial number is usually engraved on the movement. If you open the back of the watch, you should be able to see it.

I looked at the Hamilton pocket watch site (in might be helpful if you visit the site, simply type "hamiltonpocketwatches.com" into your search engine and your will be able to examine photos of a number of movements).

The position and size of the number varies but it shouldn't take to long to find. One of the pictures I found impossible to see the number but the rest I found, although sometimes you had to look quite carefully.

Antique pocket watch

Case info does not help in dating a watch, A movement serial number helps greatly.
