I assume your changed the below component:
At the ends of the plastic tubing are plastic push pull connectors. If the tubing is not properly seated and locked into the connector you will have a leak.
You may also have a crack in the connecting tubing from the water tank.
When you use your water dispenser, the water dispenser solenoid valve allows 65 PSI water pressure into the plastic tubing line, where if you have a bad connector or a crack in the line will cause a leak.
The is a plastic cap on the top of the above component.
1.) Put your fingers behind the above component where the tubing goes into the plastic mounting head. More often than not you can get bad parts
2.) Have someone push the water dispenser lever. Observe if water is running down the plastic tubing or if your fingers are getting wet.
Jennifer thanks for your comment. However I have been changing the filters on this refrigerator for four years without incident. What makes you think that anyone else could a better job. You don't need an engineering degree to change a water filter.
