SportsArt 6300hr treadmill stops at ERR 1.

Videos 1. 6300hr_Err_1.3gp https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B49Phq-HP8tCUzd2c1hKeFZ6Nk0/view?usp=sharing (here you can see how err 1 occurs. Pay attention, please, LED9 "Belt pull" flicker all the way, LEDs 7,8 "Current Restriction" and "IGBT short" spark at drive start.) 2. 6300hr_low_speed_flicker https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B49Phq-HP8tCWWlSOFA0RDNMQXc/view?usp=sharing (here you can see the unstable treadmill work at low speed and more or less stable work at higher speed. The lamp (220V, 100W) connected in parallel to M+ and M- connectors) 3. 6300hr_OS_wheel https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B49Phq-HP8tCVnJtSWIzcDZwam8/view?usp=sharing (I found that the tooth line of the Optic Sensor Wheel is curved slightly. Could it be the main cause of ERR 1 at low speed?). Also (but rare) it can suddenly accelerate for 2-3 seconds and then return to its normal speed (for examp. from 3 mph to approximately 10 mph) with no ERR 1 stoppage.

Thank You, Sir, for Your information but I had already run thru all of this methodics before I've posted a question (except referring the official support). That moment it seemed it was all testing well when I was following the methodics. Now I seriously think of using an oscilloscope to run thru the drive board. And if I suddenly come to a deadlock I turn to official support for an advice. Honestly, I thought videos would help people to recognize quickly what the problem my treadmill faced. However it didn't work.

    Thank You very much!
    With kind regards.

Main computer is fried

Testimonial: "Thank You for Your answer, Sir. But few years ago when 6300hr was serviceable in my country and we faced Err 1 for the first time, we invited a distributor's engineer and he replaced both running and drive belts, made some lubricating and cleanings but Err 1 appeared just during the first post-repair test. Then he replaced brushes and replaced a display board to check the old one. No effect! He installed the native board on it's place, inspected the drive board and during this inspections Err 1 went away. After that he said that we must to replace a drive board the next time the Err 1 appears. The treadmill worked well for six month after repair and when it appeared again we stopped using the treadmill at all for almost 2 years. Now we need to fix it to have a spare treadmill in case of other treadmill's malfunctions. It is hard and very expansive to find a spare parts for such model in our country. But before that we need to be completely sure what part is exactly damaged and thus we would like to know how to make a good diagnostic of a damaged part to try find a replacement. Could anyone else help us with advice? Any thoughts! Please! THANK YOU VERY MUCH."

Sportsart treadmill error 7

Treadmill Parts for SportsArt Belts Motor Brushes SPORTSMITH net
ERR7 Definition: The display board main IC didn't receive the incline variable resistor (VR) value, or the value exceeds the set range. Explanation: The incline VR voltage changes as the incline motor operates, and the display board CPU uses the VR voltage to calculate the incline position. Without this value, the CPU cannot instruct the incline motor what to do, so ERR? appears. Or when the incline set is out of alignment, the VR value exceeds the set range.

The following is a list of possible solutions:

1. Incline Set a) Inspect whether the Incline ERR LED on the drive board lights. This LED indicates that the incline set has exceeded the range. b) Inspect whether the incline set mechanically exceeds range. On DC incline motors, at the 0% position, the line on the thin incline pipe will not align with the end of the thick pipe. On AC motors, at the 0% position, the red line will not appear even with the bottom of the incline window in the incline set. See Incline Troubleshooting Manual for details. c) Inspect whether the incline VR voltage exceeds the range: Put multimeter probes on the incline VR set blue and green wire connectors, while keeping the wires connected. Refer to Incline Troubleshooting Manual for the voltage range for your treadmill. If the incline range is exceeded, either mechanically or electronically, calibrate the incline set. Refer to the Incline Calibration in the Incline Troubleshooting Manual for directions. If the incline set cannot be calibrated electronically, replace the incline VA. If the incline set is stuck and cannot be unstuck, replace the whole incline set. 2. Drive Board Inspect incline voltage on the blue and green wires at the drive board. If voltage is within range, and ERRl appears, inspect drive board component connections and components for wear. 3. Ribbon Cable Inspect ribbon cable for breaks. Inspect connections at the display and drive boards. 4. Display Board Inspect IC connections. Push down to secure connections. Re-insert les.

ERR how do I fix?

1)This is probably a faulty speed sensor or the speed sensor is not plugged in properly.
2) also possibly a faulty motor control board or lower board.
3)The error codes will differ between makes and models but could be e1.

Message in the display "err 2" and my kettler treadmill doesn't work

Hi Rendra,

Try this:
Switch the treadmill off and then on again.
Push the "minus" speed button and the "stop" button simultanuously.

If all is well you will now have entered the maintenance mode.

Next push the "plus" speed button and the "stop"button smultanuously.
Now you you've reached the error mode.

Push the "plus" or "minus" speed button to browse the error codes untill you've reached "L er".
The push start to erase the message.

Turn the power off and then on again to restart the treadmill.

With any luck the error has disappeared and the treadmill will function again. If not.....you'll have to contact Kettler.

Btw...This error occurs when the belt is "pushed" by the runner. For example when you put weight on the handlebar and the push your feet backwards.

My quantum is stop automatically over ten minutes first. then try again stop after 2, 3,4 mins. show ERR 1.

It sounds like the tread needs lubrication. Silicone between the belt and deck will correct this issue in most cases.
