Pay attention, please, LED9 "Belt pull" flicker all the way, LEDs 7,8 "Current Restriction" and "IGBT short" spark at drive start.) 2. 6300hr_low_speed_flicker https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B49Phq-HP8tCWWlSOFA0RDNMQXc/view?usp=sharing (here you can see the unstable treadmill work at low speed and more or less stable work at higher speed. The lamp (220V, 100W) connected in parallel to M+ and M- connectors) 3. 6300hr_OS_wheel https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B49Phq-HP8tCVnJtSWIzcDZwam8/view?usp=sharing (I found that the tooth line of the Optic Sensor Wheel is curved slightly. Could it be the main cause of ERR 1 at low speed?). Also (but rare) it can suddenly accelerate for 2-3 seconds and then return to its normal speed (for examp. from 3 mph to approximately 10 mph) with no ERR 1 stoppage.

Testimonial: "Thank You for Your answer, Sir. But few years ago when 6300hr was serviceable in my country and we faced Err 1 for the first time, we invited a distributor's engineer and he replaced both running and drive belts, made some lubricating and cleanings but Err 1 appeared just during the first post-repair test. Then he replaced brushes and replaced a display board to check the old one. No effect! He installed the native board on it's place, inspected the drive board and during this inspections Err 1 went away. After that he said that we must to replace a drive board the next time the Err 1 appears. The treadmill worked well for six month after repair and when it appeared again we stopped using the treadmill at all for almost 2 years. Now we need to fix it to have a spare treadmill in case of other treadmill's malfunctions. It is hard and very expansive to find a spare parts for such model in our country. But before that we need to be completely sure what part is exactly damaged and thus we would like to know how to make a good diagnostic of a damaged part to try find a replacement. Could anyone else help us with advice? Any thoughts! Please! THANK YOU VERY MUCH."

Thank You, Sir, for Your information but I had already run thru all of this methodics before I've posted a question (except referring the official support). That moment it seemed it was all testing well when I was following the methodics. Now I seriously think of using an oscilloscope to run thru the drive board. And if I suddenly come to a deadlock I turn to official support for an advice. Honestly, I thought videos would help people to recognize quickly what the problem my treadmill faced. However it didn't work.
Thank You very much!
With kind regards.
