That looks to me like a Google server snafu. Perhaps it has already cleared itself up. The only other thing it might be is your Wi-Fi connection to the Internet might be malfunctioning.

assume you have a google account ?gmail etc.the app will know what tablet or phone you access with.so when you download an app they know which tab or phone will recieve it
You could try updating the app. Go to Google Play store click the magnifying glass to enter search. Type in YouTube and select it from the list. Click the green Update button.

you have to reset the tablet to factory conditions. i was at my wits end before i did this. o stay away from opera, firefox, and chrome there are other browsers
