Suddenly it only makes a 1/2 cup of coffee.

I started to have the same problem. I think I solved it, at least it is running better now. I opened up the lid, where the cup goes and removed the bottom insert, where the cup sits. It looked a little scaled at the bottom despite my earlier cleaning attempts with vinegar and such. So I just used a toothpick to rub the edges of the holes where the coffee exits to the cup, then cleaned in hot soapy water. It just made a good full cup, much more than it had been doing. Hope this helps . . .

I had some coffee grounds stuck up in the cone shaped hole that the water comes from at the top. I had to use a very long toothpick but it broke up some of the grounds that happened to get caught up inside. Before doing this, I went through 24 oz of vinager ;) .. the toothpick worked!

I don't have a solution but have just experienced the same problem and am baffled. I am using the same beans same grind. In fact using the exact same grind it went from great one day to weak the next day. I always run it for 15 - 16 secs to get the shot and that hasn't changed. Pressure and temperature appear fine. I cleaned the top of the top filter which was a little dirty but not seriously bad - no change. The coffee flow which is normally chocolate coloured to start with is just mid brown.

It sounds like it is clogged.
In the manual it explains how to descale with white vinegar. Another thing to do is to take a straightened paper clip and unclog all openings where water goes through. Taking out the k-cup holder and cleaning is also recommended.
Keurig 866-901-2739 will walk you through these steps. They are very nice and this is what I did when I was having trouble with mine.
Good luck.
Okay! This can be 1 of 2 things.
1. Your machine button needs to be programmed. Do this by holding the button down until the coffee is dispensed to the height of your likeing, then let go. The button should now be programmed.
2. Your machine is leaking internally and some of the water that should be going into your cup is going elsewhere.
Also try descaling your machine. For more info go to: www.cerinicoffee.com
