I say I have a picture on my tv, but no audio. No matter how I type it in the search box, it comes up saying have sound but no picture. I don't understand. How can I trouble shoot the audio.

Do a reset to this TV, and then check. There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset).
