Hi i have a nextbook tablet i belive its android. its been frozen on the start up page for 2 days and i tried the power buttons and the volume buttons but it doesn't work can you help.

try by hard reset

by holding the volume up and power button

till the android screen man comes on with writing

go down with the volume down button to wipe data highlight wipe data press power button to ok it

when it reset it will go back writing go to reboot/restart press power button and the tablet will restart

make sure you do this right or you could end up in more trouble.
if you are not sure what to do then dont do this..

Hi try holding down the volume up button & the power button at the same time it should reboot ..good luck

Try using the reset switch (a small hole in the case) put a straightened paperclip or a pin very gently through the hole until yuo meet a resistance. Press very gently and this will reset the tablet.

Can you hold down the power button and volume button and reboot your system. Hope this helps

my tablet went onto safe mode,then when it was taken out of safe mode,tirned it off and it reset and lost my apps.I PAID MONEY for

Throw it out and get a new one they are really inexpensive now a days .not worth the time or the headache. Sorry but true.

Try reset, hold your power button and down volume for a few seconds, it should give you the options.
