You're going to want to deactivate one of your accounts. If you go to
https://www.facebook.com/deactivate.php when you are signed in to the account you want to delete, you should see a page that will ask for information about deactivating the account, fill in what you can then press deactivate.

I'm afraid this is not possible, as per facebook this is their response to your question: http://www.facebook.com/help/?page=804#!/help/?faq=13589
Facebook does not allow you to merge accounts. You need to copy your
profile content (e.g. photos, notes, etc.) and add it manually to your
more active account. Unfortunately, there will be some things you cannot
transfer, such as Friends and Wall posts. Once you have moved all
information onto a single account, please deactivate your old account
from the Settings
tab of the Account page. Afterward, you can add email addresses and
networks to your new account from the Account page. Please note that
maintaining multiple accounts is a violation of Facebook's Terms of Use.
sorry if this is not the answer expected!
good luck!

SOURCE: I am on facebook with my email account now I have
Yes. All that needs to be done is to first logout of your account. Then sign them up for an account using their email address. Facebook will send them a verification email, make sure they click on the link in the email to verify. When they want to go on, just make sure the last person logs off, and the other person can now login.
SOURCE: My wife and I share an email address. Can we have
No, an email address is used to identify one - and one only - account on facebook. One of you will need to open another email account.
If you need a specific word or name in your email address, (example: [email protected]) try opening an account with another provider such as AOL. (example: [email protected]).
Anyway, facebook only allows one (specific) email account for each facebook account.
