You need to contact amazon, or the seller via amazon if item ordered was not direct from amazon. Go to your amazon orders page, select the order and you should be able to ask where it is. Hope this helps

Verify that the correct settings and cable/connectors (rollover cable, correct COM port specified) are being used when establishing the console connection.

3.9.2 Connecting to an IBM or Compatible Device

To connect an IBM PC or compatible device, running the VT terminal emulation, to an
Enterasys Networks module Console port (Figure 3-20), proceed as follows:
1. Connect the RJ45 connector at one end of the cable (not supplied) to the Console port on the
Enterasys Networks module.

2. Plug the RJ45 connector at the other end of the cable into the RJ45-to-DB9 adapter (supplied
with the device).
3. Connect the RJ45-to-DB9 adapter to the communications port on the PC.
4. Turn on the PC and configure your VT emulation package with the following parameters:

Parameter Setting
Mode: 7 Bit Control
Transmit: Transmit=9600
Bits Parity: 8 Bits, No Parity
Stop Bit: 1 Stop Bit

If you google 'Security Bit Set' you should be able to find a set of screwdriver bits that will contain one to open the iron. (I think the forked bit in question is called a 'spanner' bit.)

You might need to check too if you bought it directly from Amazon or thru Amazon Marketplace. Amazon Marketplace means that you bought it thru a reseller that displays their products in Amazon. In this case, you might need to contact the reseller directly.Phone numbers are usually located in the invoice you received. Never open the wrong item's packaging nor put any markings on its box. Remember to ask for a return shipping label if this item shipped from a reseller.

You should check with retailer since they have packaging tracking and even a lost shipment function.

1. Uing the appropriate sized drift punch, tap out the steel axle rod which passes through the beater drum.
2. Each end cap houses a 608ZZ ball brg.
3. Check each brg for freedom of smooth rotation. Replace both if either is seized.
4. Replace with either 608ZZ (dbl shielded) or 608 2RS (dbl sealed) brgs.
5. Inspect and be prepared to replace the drive belt since it may have been damaged in the seizure event.
