Westinghouse W4207 speaker has static. How do I fix it?

Put tv on bed face down and look at the stand and locate and remove any and all screws holding stand to the flat screen set. Then after mounting the wall plate per instructions mount the tv to wall mounting.

If picture is alright, check the speaker/s first. If found OK; check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit board. If needy, replace this board as card basis. If the noise you hear comes from the tweeter or the midrange speakers, it means your amplifier is noisy; if the noise comes from the woofer, then the internal amplifier (it has its own) of the speaker is noisy. If both speakers are noisy, it is most probable that the "static noise" you hear comes from the external amplifier, which you will have to check or change.

Simply try removing from the wall Power and and then reconnect, this should reset anything that was done.
