Looks like a power supply issue the only solution to fix this up is to get it repaired.

I saw a youtube video where they replaced the led strips and it fixed the intermittent flashing screen issue

Check out the flash light test - if you see an image then the issue is with your inverter board that powers the back lighting.

Count the blinks of the led. The number of blinks gives an idea of which board has failed let me know
