With an iphone/itouch you press 2 buttons at the same time for about 30 seconds. Usually the menu and power button will do the trick. If that doesnt work then youll have to do the old "wait till the battery dies" trick.

this works on all tablets go to setting display look for timeout option and click or put a check mark on the box next to the word never

you may try by leaving the tablet charge overnight but ensure that the charger is working before doing that. If the tablet haves center button you can try to press and hold the power button and keep tapping the center button for about 15 times. It might turn on if no center button try holding power and keep tapping power down. When you are up to it, you may even try the combination with power up button as I don't know the model.

Turn off or WiFi wait five minutes then turn WiFi back on it worked for me

let it sit at room temperature until it thaws out :-D
