It usually means that it's draining to slow. check the drain hose for kinks or blockage. if you have excessive suds it will block it from draining too. you can pull out your drain hose from the wall and let it drain into a pan. if any of this doesn't work then you might want to check the pump. The pump is usually hard to kill but if it has a lot of dirt in it, it will compromise it's function. Often just cleaning it is the solution. Cleaning is very easy. the pump is either located in a trap door in the front bottom or in the back floor level. Undo the hoses from the pump, unbolt and take it out. look for dirt or small items that may cause the pump to malfunction. clean it and re-install. if you don't use a high efficiency detergent be careful not to use an excessive amount. I use liquid detergent and I use half or less as instructed .
