It is under mode 21, you need to login first to maintenance mode by punching the numbers 1087 1087. then select the number 21 then hit start. you will be able to clear the memory .

Open the fuser for FS-C2126 MFP

there is a blue mark on the right side of the fuser simply pull it towards you and that should allow you to see the rollers and remove paper if not its four screws and three connectors to remove the whole fuser
