I have a Fisher Paykel IW812 washing machine ,we had. Power surge from lighting and thunder and the power went of twice, the machine when off twice in the middle of a spin. And know power does work

Your motor controller board is dead & needs replacing.
Cutting power while in spin mode is not a good
thing for the control board as it sends DC power to the motor.
The motor generates AC power and sends it back into the board
and destroys CPU everything on the board.
Cheaper to get a reconditioned motor controller board.
First six digits under the bar code is the part number for your board.

Power 48v check

Hi
Either the power supply is
not generating a proper 48
Volts or the controller board
is not detecting a 48 Volt
output from the power
supply board.

1. Make sure the power supply
board is correctly connected to
the controller board.
2. Power on the printer. If the
message appears, do the power
supply operational check (page
195). If the power supply fails the
check, replace it. If it passes the
check, go to the next step.
3. Power on the printer. If the
message appears, replace the
controller board. Record the
message and return it with the
defective board.

Not getting any power to the blower.

Hello, if you are getting power into the control board but no voltage out the control board then the board is faulty and will need to be replaced. Check to see if you have power at the L1 terminal on the control board if you do tjen the board is not sendimg power to the motor.

Clicking noise in the circuit board and everything in the freezer is thawed

Hi. this will be a failed relay on that circuit board. This is called the PCB(main unit power control board). This board controls the compressor relay functions, and the compressor power current, as well. The evaporator fan, and condenser fan, receives their respective current from this power control board, also. When a circuit board of this nature begins to malfunction, it will cause the unit to not cool properly, due to limited, or no fan actions, or a failed compressor cycle. I would recommend to replace this damaged control board, asap.

Replaced control board, won't power up

You will need a volt meter to test the board for power.
First remove the cover at the cord terminal and verify 220 volts to the dryer as well as 120 volts from each hot leg to neutral.
If power is OK there, open the console to access the control board you replaced. The door must be closed. With the volt meter check for power at terminals BB1 position #1 and BB2 position #3.BB1 is L1 power in. BB2 is neutral power in. If no power is present check the door switch.
The L1 power comes from the terminal block to the door switch before it goes to the board.
If power is present at the board and nothing works you have a bad board.

No indication of power to the unit. I opened the unit and removed the cable connecting the main board to the LCD controller board. I disconnected it from the LCD controller board side. When power is...

If you hear a flickering sound the power board is bad .However since you have found the lcd board to be faulty you might as well replace it.Look for it on line by part number.Or to save yourself some headache use a good board from a working monitor.
Good luck

Got a LD then a CE error

CE Communications Error If there is any breakdown in communication between the machine controller and the motor controller, CE flashes and the unit beeps once.
This can be caused by corroded pins on the control card or motor control. Most of the time this relates to a faulty machine control card.
