Most screen protectors are peel and stick. Measure to the screen before applying to get right size, cut down.with scissors, if needed. Then just peel the backing off and very carefully align the edge and smooth into place.
If this is under a year you can return it and get a new one or have it fixed. If it is over warranty I am afraid this is one tablet that is disposable and not fixable cheap enough.
