The printer is in good working order if it displays the messages READY, BUSY, or POWER SAVER. Try the suggestions below if the beeping sounds persists.
The printer is indicating a "hardware failure" condition if it beeps THREE times, followed by a pause. The printer's display panel needs to display the precise fault message. Determine what the error message is trying to tell you and take the necessary action. Power off the printer and let it wait for a minute before turning it back on if you are unable to determine the precise fault situation from the panel. The printer will probably need repair if this issue persists. For more help, please get in touch with local authorised service providers or Lexmark Technical Support.
The damaged LCD screen could have finally faulted the circuit and so there are errors in the main processor section of the camera.
Disconect the damaged screen and try if the camera resets.
I just received this error message on my Miele W 1712 (Waterproof Fault). Prior to this I had an error message regarding the Drain outlet, so I opened the drain outlet and cleaned it. I think I might have opened it too quickly and therefore creating the (Waterproof Fault). The problem is that when you open the drain outlet too quickly the water runs into the bottom of the washing machine where some sensor lies and you get the (Waterproof Fault) error message on the display and not even turning off the machine will do anything to get rid of this annoying message. 1. Turn off the machine 2. Unplug it 3. Open the drain outlet and take out the plug. 4. Dry all the visible water with a cotton cloth. 5. Tilt the machine FORWARD and hold it until you see water gushing from underneath the machine. 6. Repeat this until you see no more water. 7. Plug the machine back inn. 8 VOILA no error message! I hope in your case :)
For our model Alemnesh's suggestions were spot-on. It's hard to believe that a machine with such a good reputation would (a) allow this fault to occur so easily and (b) not have its own manual provide explicit guidance as to how to fix it.
Sounds like you may have flooded the base of the unit and activated the float switch. Tip the unit forward slightly with a towel at the base and all the water will pour out. You should be right to run the unit after that and any other water inside will dry up. it won't rust as it is stainless steel inside.
You may just have over sudded the unit by using the wrong detergent or too much. After you have the unit running again test the unit with no detergent and see if you activate the waterproof system again. if you do then you will probably have a split hose inside the unit.
Electronic control has detected a fault condition. Push CANCEL pad to clear the display and stop the display from beeping. Reprogram the oven. If a fault reoccurs, record the fault number.
Basically go on you base unit, and hit "MENU/SELECT". Scroll down to "REGISTER HANDSET" and click "MENU/SELECT". On your waterproof handset, hold the "#" key until it displays "REGISTERING HANDSET". And voila! After that finishes, your waterproof handset will be good to go!
Take the cradle for the waterproof phone and plug it into the outlet close to the answering machine base. Hold the waterproof phone in one hand, with the other press the "menu" button, press up to the "register phone", then press "menu" again. The answering machine base should say "registering phone". Once it does press the "#" key on the waterproof phone and it should say registering phone. When they beep the waterproof phone should be working. The reset instructions in the owners manual may work if you move the WP phone and cradle close to the base. I stumbled onto this method after reading about a newer model. As i took the WP phone downstairs the # key would activate the registering feature but would when I walked back upstairs. So i figured Id take both downstairs and BAMMM, it worked. Good Luck all! BTW mine came with a battery, and uniden probably hasnt figured this out either.
I just received this error message on my Miele WPS 4146 (Waterproof Fault) Prior to this I had an error message regarding the Drain outlet, so I opened the drain outlet and cleaned it. So here is the fix that worked for me.
