I want to remove some books from kindle application list under iCloud

There should be a list if on Paperwhite or an icon of book on Fire. First tap so it will download then tap to open the book. If you don't see it on the top line of home page then click the kindle logo(boy under tree) to get list of all books you have.

Yes, What Robert Moore1 said. Long touch on the book on the home page(s) and then select *Remove from device* .

Note: Adding a book to Kindle Paperwhite doesn't remove it from your Cloud. Your Cloud is your library. Only a copy of a book is downloaded to your Kindle. If you have another device such as an Android with the Kindle App installed you can still download the same book from the Cloud because it's always there.

Books you buy should be listed in your Amazon Kindle library.
Check it using a laptop or desktop.

If they aren't listed there then something went wrong with your order.

If they are listed in your Kindle library, you need to turn on your Kindle and connect it to wi-fi or 3G. Your Kindle should then automatically download the new books. If it doesn't, touch Settings and select *Sync and check for new items*. Make sure the Kindle you want to download the books to is listed as your default Kindle if you have more than one so new books will automatically download to it once it's connected.

You can touch the book where it's listed on the Homescreen and hold the touch for a second or two. A menu will come up and there will be an option to *Remove book from device*.

Set up your iCloud email using these settings: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4864. Then see if you can sync contacts and calendars using SmoothSync for Cloud Contacts and SmoothSync for Cloud Calendars. You'll have to see if it's compatible.

If you just want a book off your kindle then go online to your list of books and delete it from your list.

1. Press the HOME button to go to the books overview.
2. If you have many books already installed,the list may spread across several pages. Use the page forward / backward buttons to navigate to the page that lists the book you want to delete.
3. Use the 5-way button DOWN / UP to move the underline mark to the book you want to delete.
4. Press RIGHT on the 5-way button. A menu for the book opens.
5. Use the 5-way button DOWN to the menu entry "Delete This Document" for books you copied yourself to the Kindle, "Remove from Device" for content purchased in the Amazon Kindle shop,or "Delete This Sample" for sample excerpt downloaded from the shop.
6. Press CENTER on the 5-way to delete. Note, content purchased from the Amazon Shop is still listed in the overview page under "Archived Items" after removal from your Kindle, so it can easily be downloaded again.
