Why CantI load garmin express to connect my 920xt to my iPad with OS8.3 ? It states that I must have OS10.7 ?

    and if you wouldve read the information about garvin express,you wouldve figured out that the software is for a COMPUTER WITH OS 10.7,not an IPAD WITH OS 8.3,you wouldve figured out that you download it to the computer so that you can attach and transfer favorites and updates to your garmin devices,
    when the apple site tells you the same thing that i am telling you,you will look a lot closer to what you are doing,
    IS THAT TOO HARD TO UNDERSTAND? now,was that sarcastic?

  • Turn off Bluetooth from Control Center, or by going to Settings > Bluetooth and turning off the switch.
  • Reboot your iPhone by holding the Home button and the Power button until you see the Apple logo
  • Now enable Bluetooth again from Control Center or Settings > Bluetooth
Try connecting to the device now. If the problem still isn't solved, try the next solution given in Garmin 920xt Manual.

Cannot get bluetooth keyboard to connect
Make sure the keyboard does not have a pairing relationship with another device in the room.

If there are any devices listed on the iPad, in Bluetooth settings, tap 'I' and forget Device.

Place the keyboard in pairing mode with a 5 second depress on power from the 'off' or no power state.

Type the keys on the keyboard that the iPad wants for the pair.

My iPad keeps telling me I am not connected to the Internet when I am trying to download ios7.4 upgrade. Yet I know I am.
Internet connections can fail at any point from service provider to your iPad. Just being connected to a wifi network doesn't necessarily mean you still have full internet access. Your modem could be frozen and your wifi router would still seem to be fully functional. Try opening your ipad's web browser and bringing up a couple websites. If you can not get any websites loaded, try troubleshooting your wifi. But if they do load, then yes, you are indeed connected to the internet, and I would recommend restarting the iPad and trying again.

Is there a way I can get my surface 2 to recognise the ANT pen drive for my Garmin Vivofit.
I assume it's not a surface PRO 2 but just a regular Surface 2. The surface 2 runs Windows RT which only runs specials apps designed for it. It can't run software that is made for regular Windows computers. Unless garmin creates specific software for Windows RT I'm afraid that it might never work.

You can attempt the software found here: http://download.garmin.com/omt/express/B/GarminExpressInstaller.exe but I doubt it works.

What you're trying to do it akin to runnign iPad apps on a Mac, it doesn't work before the architecture is different.
