This is a common problem caused by power fluctuations.

Press power and volume + buttons together until reset screen comes on, then select factory reset!

There is a problem with the display adapter and it needs to be replaced by an authorized service provider.

What if you plug in and hold down volume? Do you see anything?

if the charge light comes on then the unit may need to be replaced. Try connecting it to a PC to see if it detects it. If it does, you may be able to reinstall the firmware.
