I connect the tv the red light is on then sound clicking one time the red light turn off then one sound clicking and one more clicking and no turn on the tv

How many times this standby/power light blinks at one time switch ON? Count it carefully. These blinks are fault indication, and known as blinking codes. The problem might come from the fuse inside was blow out. if you have a multimeter then open the rear cover. The fuse lays near the power cord. Take it out and use Ohm meter to check it connectivity. If it is no connectivity meaning the fuse was blow out. Replace a new one with the same value (Ampere and Voltage). If it does have connectivity, the problem needs technician to find out as it relates to many parts on the circuit board.

sounds to me that your bulb has blown

it sounds like you could have a signal board problem they are pretty expensive but there is a web site that sells refurbed parts

When I turn on the TV I hear the click sound and the TV powers up. Immediatly the red (standby) light begins to flash 6 times on and off. this happenes only in the morning, but after 5:00PM when youturn on the TV as if nothing is wrong.

what is the problem?

check the pulse wire and anode cap if it is connected tightly, then if ok the false is the flyback transformer

check for a bad cap ,relay sound ok or could be a bad solder connection in the power supply at the regulators
