The F7 E1 error means that the motor and the tachometer for the tub rotation speed are not communicating properly. This could be an issue with the tub not spinning (check the shipping bolts and if the tub is properly on the shaft). Check for foreign objects between the tubs. Next check the wiring harnesses between the motor and the motor control board. If any of the wires are loose, reconnect them and check if the error recurs. Similarly check the wiring for continuity and replace damaged parts.
If the motor and tub spin at all, then the problem is either the motor control board or the actuator that controls the motor switching from the wash cycle to the spin behavior. Both should probably be replaced. Then the washer needs to be re-calibrated.
