Hi Brenda Overstreet, I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box? Has it got water going into it like from a mains tap with a hose or is it sucking the water from a bucket.

Black and decker pressure washer I pull the trigger water comes out for a few seconds then its like your constantly pulling the trigger on and off. it dies then fires back up and so it goes on and on.

Sounds like you have air in the system somewhere. When the same symptoms happened to me, I learned upon inspection that I'd inadvertently burnt a hole in the hose.

Have a black and decker pressure washer model 12bde-190c used twice and went to use it and it won't work it shows power but when I hook up water and go to spay it won't spray

check for blocked spray jet
if blocked it holds the pressure regulator off and the pump will not build pressure when the trigger is pulled

What is this problem - Karcher 3.86 electric pressure washer: humming noise, plug gets very hot, then unit shuts down?

Your pressure washer is either not fitted with a run/stop device in which case like mine you have to switch off within a few seconds of closing the trigger. Check your model features?
The humming noise is the motor stalled out against the pump because there is nowhere for the water to go. The shutoff is caused by the safety overload switching off after overheat.
Or, it has a pressure operated run/stop which is not working. Because water and electricity don't mix, I would suggest getting more specific help. You can download Karcher manuals /spares lists online from Karcher specialists but remember electricity is the silent killer.

Black and decker pressure washer just stopped working

Electric pressure washers have a switch that cuts off the power when the pressure builds up after closing the trigger. In my case that is how I got my washer. The switch stuck in the open position thereby not letting the motor start back up. I took the covers off until I found the switch which had a stem sticking out that I could push back to operating position. I was able to drill an access hole in the cover so I could push to reset my switch because I didn't have a parts list to get a new switch. When you get the covers off you can check the switch with a meter to see if it is open and possibly reset it manually for a test to see if that is the problem. The switch should be replaceable. I hope this helps.

No Pressure

Same problem here. Machine still looks brand new. Absolutely no nicks in the hose. Electric power is just fine. I hear the motor, then when I squeeze the trigger, I get a weak dribble of water for about 5 seconds, then the motor is quiet for a while. This sound familiar to you? I just posted my similar problem. If you hear anything useful, please forward it to me : [email protected] Ron

Black and decker electric power washer nothing coming out of wand all water coming out trigger.

Either the pressure tip or wand are blocked or the valve in the trigger is broken. Remove the high pressure tip and either try another tip or pull the trigger without a tip on the wand to see if you have the same problem. If available, try another pressure gun on the hose.

I HAVE ELECTRIC POWER PRESSURE WASHER AND THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE PRESSURE IS NOT ENOUGH TO CLEAN MY PATIO

Hi. Is the problem a drop in pressure after maybe letting off of the trigger the first time? If so, you may be experiencing vapor lock or cavitation. Try taking apart the wand and letting the trapped water escape, then put it back together and try it again.

As soon as I turn the water on, it comes out of the gun and high pressure turbo wand even with the machine off. I used it yesterday with no problems. It does this without even pressing the trigger. ...

Hello,
This part should be available from the manufacture, have you check their website. It is normal when you turn the water on for a small string of water to come out the gun when you press the trigger even when the engine is not running.
Thanks
