I pod not syncing correctly with i tunes

iPod accepts only MP4 format video, If your vide is MP4 video, please follow these steps:
1. Open iTunes and click "File" to add your videos to iTunes library.
2. plug in your iPod Nano to computer, then iTunes will detect your iPod Nano as a device.
3. Select your iPod Nano device on the left panel of iTunes, click "Movies" tab, check the videos you want to sync and click "Apply", done.
If your video isn't MP4 format, you need third party software to convert video to MP4. SOURCE: I pod wont sync /missing file

I think you may have some how deleted you itunes library file. It's default location is:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Library.itl
the file is called "iTunes Library.itl"
You can delete the whole itunes file but all of you music may be deleted.

When you sync your ipod on the computer, go to the movies tab and your movies will appear. Just check the song and it will appear on your ipod.

you have to get into the I-Tune and check mark everything you want to send over to I-Pod, then it should. When you are in I-Tunes you have to click on the left where your I-Pod is and click on the different tabs and add all the thing you want it to sync
