Double check that the number format for the cell you are calculating in is set up to show "red" negative numbers or negative numbers in parentheses... it could be set up to show "no" decimal points...

Try this: =IF(B13+(B13*B\$7/12-B\$10)<0,0,B13+(B13*B\$7/12-B\$10))

One useful technique for this type of thing is to use the MAX function.
If you put your formula into the MAX function in this way...
=MAX(YourFormula,0)
then any time that the answer to your formula is 0 or greater it will return the answer to your formula, and any time your formula returns a negative number it will return zero.

### I have just seen that my pay pal account has no funds ,Iuse a credit card for payment when Ishop on line ,how can this be?

If you pay with paypal via credit card your account will always show no funds. The only time that it will show funds is if you have received a refund from a seller or had money transfered into your account.
Paypal will only draw against your nominated credit card account when you press the pay now key. It will not show what funds you have in that credit card account.

### I payed for an item on ebay payment paypal. The item was cancelled by ebay who informed me seller had put back money into my account from where I payed.

Which account?
Did you have a "positive" balance in your PayPal account?
If so, PayPal will refund your payment back to that account.

If you did not have a balance, PayPal charged your credit-card when you paid. PayPal will "reverse" the charge. Go online to your bank, and check "recent credit-card transactions", to see the original charge, and the "reversal".

### How do I change the credit card to pay for current order

Search for 0% Balance transfer deals. When you find one that suits you, apply for that card and do a balance transfer - usually online. You will pay no interest for the duration of the interest free period but you'll be charged a small fee to transfer credit from one card to the other. The trick is to cut the cards up as soon as you get them to prevent you from being tempted to use it when it's paid up. If you keep up payments and still have a balance left at the end of the interest free period, apply for another to pay that one off and cut it up as soon as you receive it. You can save yourself a fortune in interest but the trick is to be disciplined and not to be tempted to use credit when it becomes available

### Should I keep low balance on my credit cards?

it always a good idea to keep a low balance on a credit card,, a low balance makes it easier to pay off & keep in good standing with the ones who issued the card, and also gives you a higher credit score keeping the balance paid off

### I just purchased items today through paypal with my debit card, then i checked my email and got approved for paypal credit, if i understand right the purchase i made today will be on my paypal credit...

You should contact the bank that you have your checking account/debit card with. They can tell you if the charges were actually posted on your debit card. You certainly don't want to pay twice and debit cards are different from traditional credit cards where you are establishing "credit" and pay toward the balance each month.
