I have a LUMIX FZ28 and the controls do not respond. Any idea of what could be wrong? The camera has an internal battery?

I changed the battery, but I still have the same problem

Solved! I disassembled the electronics, and found a small battery similar to those employed in watches. I took it off for a while, put it again, put everything in place and connected the camera with the battery to charge from a 12V DC connector. It started to work ok!

Panasonic Lumix FZ28 digital camera drains battery.

I would send it in for repair. If there are 3 contact pins when there should be 4, you will need that part that holds the pins. It is unusual to have a Service manual for cameras, but here it is and shows disassembly.

My Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28 will not power on, although the battery has been charged.

More than one possibility can cause this. Your battery can be on the end of life. Only when the battery works in another camera, of the same model, you can check the capacity. Or with a multimeter, but you must have some electronic skills. Then the contacts on both the battery and in the camera can be dirty or oxidised. Sometimes users manage to put in a battery the wrong way around. This should be virtually impossible with your camera. Try cleaning the contacts in the camera and on the battery, using some cotton swabs. Never use anything sharp.
Then again try charging the battery. Look if the charger light starts green. And is it stops after some time. If you already charged the battery, it could be the light goes out after a few minutes.
If the charger light starts flashing, you know something is wrong with the battery to the connectors. Don't forget to close the battery cover correct. There is a switch, and if the door is not locked correct this switch still indicates open battery door and the camera won't switch on. Check your manual page 17 and 18.

I have Lumix DMC-FZ28: How do I get photos off the internal memory to the SD Card?

There is no such button. Instead, use the "Copy" command in the Playback menu.

How do you remove photos from the internal memory of lumix dmc-fz28?

You can erase them as you normally would when you have a memory card in.

To access the pictures in the internal memory, you need to remove any memory card that you have in your camera first. Then go to preview mode, push the trashcan icon and select "Yes" when asked if you are sure you want to delete the picture.

That's all!
