No power, no picture just a red light stays on for 20 second

possible reasons, its in standby, hold in the proper ON button on the tv for up to 20 seconds gently. or try disconnect power(pull plug out) wait 10 seconds, plug back in and turn on using the actual button(holding for up to 20 seconds) NOT THE REMOTE if that does not work, make sure your INPUT is CORRECTLY selected eg you are viewing HDMI1 and NOT HDMI2 for example. there may be different procedures for flashing lights

Unless you have a friend that fixes these flat screen cheap I would just replace it, I see so many stories about attempted repairs $100's spent and still the TV is not fixed. The new models are cheap and most are better than ever.

Ur power board need it replaced,LED indicator light not sustaning power.

Go to a repair centre, some parts must be fixed/replaced.

if you know how to used soldering iron, solder your tv specialy the power supply and the jungle IC becouse 50% of the tv problems is lose connection .

19 in wont turn on. red light just solid , unplugged for a day still same , is there a reset button

I have the sames t.v you have to go in the back flip the power cord switch...then reboot the t.v.
