There is a reset for a BIOS password and it is a hidden jumper process, you did not post the exact model.

Cant get passed password screen

I would recommend you go back to the seller and ask for it or your money back, because you will end up paying additional money. Go to www.ebay.com Type: bios password and list of sellers claiming to clear the password will be presented.

I need password... for setup entry key...when it goes to bios

This is known as a BIOS password. If you bought the pc 2nd hand you should ask the previous owner for the password. If you have physical access to the motherboard itself, reset the CMOS by taking out the battery in the motherboard.

Well wwhen i turn on my toshiba laptop it asks me for a hdd1/ssd1 password and i really have no idea what that means

Its asking for the security password to access the hard drive. If you bought this 2nd hand, you need to contact the seller to get this, otherwise, you will need to replace the hard drive. Unlike some Power on Bios passwords, the HDD password cannot be easily broken

I bought a second hand drive from a seller on Ebay and swapped out the motors...basically replaced the hardware mechanisms. samsung drives being the oldest 360 drives tend to wear out first. If you cant get 2nd hand for reasonable price get one from Ebay coming from Hong Kong..

Fujitsu siemens amilo li2727

In general, if you remove the battery in the notebook which holds the bios setting / password. This may clear the password & revert the bios to its default settings. If you have the manual the correct model number should be there.
emove the panel containing the power switch; the jumper (called J1) is located next to the plug for the status panel LCD. Briefly place on pins 1-2 about 10 seconds, then replace to pins 2-3. That's all, except closing up the machine again!
