How do I install the Foxtel Now box? Do I need someone to install the box?It's really easy! And you can do it yourself.

you may find that the aerial inside your home was disconnected and used to wire up Foxtel in the roof, some technicians do that,
meaning all your Tv Outs on the wall would now be connected to Foxtel now instead of the aerial
if you can gain access to the junction of where all the Cable Coax wiring is in the roof make sure they haven't used the tv aerial cables for Foxtel ....just go check where your Aerial comes in and see it is still connected to the junction and not pulled out and a foxtel is going into it instead of the aerial

is it an AV RCA cable output on foxtel box ?
what does dvd player use for its output ?
Suggest you google these connection interface types and work out what is the output types
if rca then use av input on tv
is hdmi then use hdmi input on tv
then use select input source on tv to switch to whatever you used.
Hi Michelle, Does the Foxtel have a slot in the back marked HDMI Out? If so, this is the best possible connection to the Bravia. However you would need to pick up the HDMI cable (like bestbuy) It is a video & sound all in one. Do the 6 cords end in RCA jacks, and are they color coded?
It is very likely that cross talk does corrupt the link but for Panasonic to "blame" anyone else is not very professional. Anyway, if it worked for 6 months perhaps disconnecting the Foxtel IQ and reestablishing the Viera link with the Panasonic devices then reconnecting the Foxtel IQ for another 6 months of happy viewing. This is not a permanent solution but the alternative doesn't seem to be an option.
