No, probably have a bad water pump, very common for this washer. I would pull the washer out, lean it against your wall, brace or block it up so you can crawl under it. You will see where the drain hose comes out of the bottom left of the drum and enters the drain filter. Remove the hoses and check for debris or clothes in the hoses or where the drum outlet is. If no restrictions then replace your water pump. Good Luck, Appliance Specialists

The pump assembly where the drain hose connects to is where the filter located and can only be accessed with the removal of the front panel. Disconnect power and remove the screws securing the top panel to the rear of the machine then pull the panel back and up.
Pull the dispenser drawer out then remove the two screws from the recess of the drawer.
Disconnect the control panel assembly harness and remove the screw on
the right side of the console inside the cabinet then pull the console
out.
Remove the four screws from the top of the front panel and the screws from the filter cover as shown.
Put a flat screwdriver or putty knife into the both sides of the filter cover and pull it out then remove the screw behind it.
Open the door and remove the spring clamp assembly that holds the door gasket to the lip of the front panel then peel the gasket off.
Tilt the front panel and disconnect the door switch harness then lift and remove the front panel.
The pump assembly can now be accessed.
