sounds like the phone may be in emergency mode. try turning phone off and remove the battery for a few minutes. put battery back in and restart phone.should be back to normal.

EMERGENCY CALLS
Emergency calls can be made in all device conditions as long as there is any
available network signal. From locked screen conditions press the Emergency
Call button to open the dialler, then dial 000 and press the handset icon to
make the call. In all other conditions press the Home key to return to the
home screen then press the handset icon to open the dialler. Enter the
Emergency number (000 or 112) and press the handset icon to make the call.
hi , replace your LCD is the best solution to your problem...but before you do that ,test your phone like this maybe its software problem...dial 112 or any emergency number in your location...if you hear a voice of a operator its is lcd problem ...but if you wont connect to the operator or you hear nothing its LCD or display problem...
If doing the *#*#4636*#*# and the SMSC number wont install.....giving you an "install failure" note. And you try a full phone reset....it's an Android software issue.

You can have the keypad locked by opening the menu and setting in phone settings the time requried to lock the key pad. so after using the pad locks and will not dial any numbers.

hi, have you tried to dial 112 or 117?or depends on the emergency number in your country ,if you dial that and you hear something from operator the problem of your phone is the glass display or LCD...try to press this simultenously ,*# power on ,and there is a bootmode that appear ,your phone needs to reprogram,,better go to a nokia specialist to diagnosed your phone..i hope it will help ,thank you
